In accordance with the Mission, Vision and Values, and strategic directions of PHSA, safety, including both patient and employee safety, is a priority and a responsibility shared by everyone at PHSA. As such, the requirement to continuously improve quality and safety is inherent in all aspects of this position.
The Manager, has direct responsibility for the designated portfolio of Research IT at BCCHR including the supervision of staff and the development and continuous improvement of technology service business processes and practices. Accountable and responsible for the timely execution of service requests and incident resolution relating to the portfolio’s services and technologies. Ensures consistency of services and solutions with BCCHR strategy and efforts in order to maximize alignment.
