Only human samples can be analyzed.
- TSH: Thyroid stimulating hormone.
- Free T4: Free thyroxine in serum or heparin, EDTA or citrate plasma.
- Total T4: Total thyroxine in serum or heparin, EDTA or citrate plasma.
- Free T3: Free triiodothyronine in serum or heparin, EDTA or citrate plasma.
- Total T3: Total triiodothyronine in serum or heparin, EDTA or citrate plasma.
- Anti-TG: Antibodies against thyroglobulin as diagnosis of autoimmune thyroiditis. Serum or plasma samples can be used.
- Anti-TPO: Antibodies to thyroid peroxidase, a membrane bound protein that iodinates tyrosine in the synthesis of T3 and T4. Autoimmune disease.
- T-uptake: A measure of total binding capacity in human serum or plasma for thyroid hormone levels.
- TSH: Thyroid stimulating hormone also called thyrotropin. Serum, heparin or EDTA plasma.
