Celebrate Research Public Lecture
The BC Children's Hospital, together with Providence Health Care Research Institute and Vancouver Coastal Health Research Institute organize a public lecture each spring.
This evening event includes several talks by clinicians and scientists on the latest leading-edge health research. Previous topics have included gene and cell therapy, lung health, diabetes, mental health and mobility.
Genetics and Your Health: How genes determine your chances for heart, lipid and undiagnosed diseases
The next public lecture will be held Thursday, March 30, 6:30-8:00pm at the Cullen Family Theatre, St. Paul's Hospital (1081 Burrard Street, Vancouver) | Event Poster
This event will include an informative evening talk with some of today's leaders in genetic research, moderated by Dr. Paul Man. Speakers include Dr. Liam Brunham, Dr. Alison Elliot and Dr. Andrew Krahn.
