Although vitamins are usually safe for the majority of people, vitamins can cause harm if they’re not used appropriately, reports a new study led by Dr. Ran Goldman, CFRI Senior Associate Clinician Scientist. The study consisted of a literature review of 148 studies published between 1966 – 2009. The results are published online as an article ahead of print in The Annals of Pharmacotherapy and will be in the journal's February print issue.
