Overview

My main focus is qualitative research looking at why people stay in highly stressful work environment’s, such as Intensive Care and Oncology. Researching this area will allow us to understand what motivates health care workers to become part of these teams and what is it about the environment that encourages them to stay and be productive, successful professionals.
