Join us at the 18th BC Children's Hospital Research Forum in June 2018 as we celebrate the accomplishments of our colleagues and the positive impact of research taking place on the Oak Street campus.

Each year there are many ways to get involved including: 

Nominate a Colleague for an Outstanding Achievement Award:

The Geoffrey L. Hammond Lectureship recognizes a research community members who have made a significant impact on improving the health and well-being of children and/or families and have served as a role model and mentor to junior researchers, trainees and students over the last 10 years. Nomination deadline Monday, May 1st.

The Outstanding Achievement Awards recognize trainee achievements in research aimed at improving the health and well-being of children and/or families. Nominations will be accepted for Outstanding Achievement by a Masters Student, Doctoral Student, Postdoctoral Fellow, Resident and Clinical Subspecialty Resident or Fellow. Nomination deadline May 15th. 

Showcase your Research 

Research trainees and clinical residents or subspecialty fellows based on the Oak Street campus are invited to take part in the moderated poster sessionDeadline for abstract submissions May 15th.

Celebrate with our Community

Join us at the awards ceremony and help us celebrate research excellence. The ceremony will feature the recipients of the Outstanding Achievement Awards, BCCHR Studentships & Fellowships and the Poster Presentation awards. The Geoffrey L. Hammond Lectureship award will also be presented and the recipient will deliver a talk on their career trajectory and research highlights, inspiring the research community's next generation. Complete schedule to be announced closer to the date.
