A single registration form for Mini Science Night and Mini Med School will be available on this page from Monday, March 27, 2023 at 9:00 am to Wednesday, April 5, 2023 at 11:59 pm.
To complete the registration form you will be asked to provide the following:
- Your name, city of residence and email address. High school students will also need to state their grade, school name and sponsor teacher
- Which program you're interested in registering for: Mini Science Night and/or Mini Med School
- The signed copy of the participant agreement form
Eligible high school students can register for both Mini Science Night and Mini Med School if interested. Please note, the research themes discussed at both events will be similar. It will also be the same group of BC Children's Hospital presenters for Mini Med School and Mini Science Night. Some students may find this repetition tedious.
