BD FACSymphony A1
Acquired in 2024, this cytometer has 4 lasers (405nm, 488nm, 561nm, 637nm lasers), 16 colors, and a high throughput sampler (HTS) - automatic injection of samples from 96 or 384 plates. In high-throughput mode, the HTS option can speed through a 96-well plate in less than 15 minutes with less than 0.5% sample carryover from one well to the next.
BD LSRFortessa X-20
Acquired in 2014, this is a special ordered cytometer to feature 4 lasers (405nm, 488nm, 561nm, 640nm), 20 parameters, and a high throughput sampler (HTS) - automatic injection of samples from 96 or 384 plates. In high-throughput mode, the HTS option can speed through a 96-well plate in less than 15 minutes with less than 0.5% sample carryover from one well to the next.

Acquired in 2017, this is a special ordered system with 5 lasers (355nm, 405nm, 488nm, 561nm, 640nm) and 29 parameters.
Beckman Coulter Cytoflex
Acquired in 2016, this cytometer has 3 lasers (405nm, 488nm, 640nm) and 10 parameters. It uses a 96 well high throughput sampler (HTS) plate loader module that accepts U, V or flat bottom plates and a semi-automatic single tube loader (1.5ml/5ml tubes) with an option for custom tubes. It can display data with 7 logs of dynamic range. The license free acquisition and analysis software (CytExpert) allows remote installation for offline set up and analysis.
