Since January, we’ve been working with our community and our partners to rebrand the Child & Family Research Institute with a new identity that underscores our close connection to BC Children’s Hospital and our commitment to improving the lives of children and families through innovative health research.
It’s my pleasure to announce that we are taking on the name and brand of BC Children’s Hospital.
We’re excited to be included in the well-known BC Children’s Hospital brand and to have the sunshine logo represent both clinical care and the wide-range of research taking place within our labs and across the hospital site.
This weekend, we kicked off the rebranding process with a big announcement to viewers across BC at the 29th annual Miracle Weekend telethon, BC Children’s Hospital Foundation’s largest annual fundraiser.
Over the coming months, we’ll work with our community and our partners to roll out BC Children’s Hospital branding in everything from our website to our business cards.
I’d like to thank everyone who took part in the rebranding consultations and to extend my appreciation – in advance – for your continued support. By adopting the BC Children’s Hospital brand, we’re setting the stage to increase the profile of our work and further our aim of being one of the top pediatric research institutes in North America.
