PITCH (Progress In the Theme of Childhood Diseases) is a bi-weekly seminar series for the Childhood Diseases Research Theme at BCCHR. The seminars are held on Wednesdays at 9 am in BCCHR Room 2108 and runs over the course of the academic year.

Each session includes two 30-minutes presentations (trainees) with time for questions. Guest speakers outside the Theme will have the whole hour for their talk and questions.

The audience is broad, with clinical and basic researchers in the general areas of cancer, diabetes, immunology, and rare diseases. The average weekly attendance is 40 individuals; including PIs, trainees, and staff.

If you are interested in presenting, please read the PITCH Presenter Guide (click to download).
