Join us at the Summer Student Research Program Poster Day as we celebrate the accomplishments of our colleagues and the positive impact of their research.

This moderated poster session provides the Research Institute with an opportunity to showcase the outstanding work undertaken by summer students, and to recognize their significant contributions to the research endeavours at BC Children's Hospital and beyond.

Participating:

To participate in Poster Day students must:

  1. Be an active program participant and meet all attendance requirements
  2. Submit an abstract
  3. Prepare a poster (either in-person or virtually)

Presentation Format

Students will be assigned to either the clinical or basic sciences category. Each session will have a judge whose role is to score participants based on their presentation and poster. A best poster winner will be identified for each group.

You will have 5 minutes to present your poster to the session/judge and 5 minutes to answer questions. Poster Day is open for public viewing so your group may be joined by others interested in learning more about your research.
