The Plastic Surgery Clinic is located on the third floor of the Ambulatory Care Building. This is the glass building across the parking lot from the main entrance to the BC Children's Hospital, beside the Emergency Department.
You can enter the building through Entrance #42, #46 or #21. Take the elevators to the third floor and follow the orange line off of the elevator.
Occupational Therapy/Physiotherapy Department (Room 1D61)
Through the main entrance (#35) of the hospital from the parking lot, walk through the lobby and take the hallway to the right, and then turn down the next hallway on the right.
Due to ongoing site construction, parking is limited. Please allow extra time to find parking.

Funding support for travel expenses
Travel Assistance Program (TAP) (for BC Ferries and select bus, rail and airline)
Your TAP form must be given to you by doctor’s office. You must call in advance to make reservation and obtain a reservation number. You must provide the original form with the reservation number on it to the travel provider at the time of travel.
