The following resources are available to help support student health and well-being. Please note some programs are restricted to students enrolled at a BC or Canadian University. We would encourage you to investigate programs available through your own university student services.

Intentional WellBEing 

The Intentional WellBEing video library has a variety of recorded content available to support psychological and physical well-being. This programming leans heavily on the preventative quality of mind/body activities to teach mental, physical and emotional resilience during these challenging times.
